§1 General Provisions
These Terms and Conditions define the rules for purchasing and using Gift Cards and Gift Vouchers from Szał dla Plastyków.
The issuer of Gift Cards and Gift Vouchers is Szał dla Plastyków, a limited liability company, with its registered office in Nowa Wieś Szlachecka, at 1 Lisiecka Street (32-060 Nowa Wieś Szlachecka), entered into the register of entrepreneurs maintained by the District Court for Kraków-Śródmieście in Kraków, 12th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under the KRS number 0001103537, Tax Identification Number (NIP) 9442288563, and National Business Registry Number (REGON) 528543884, hereinafter referred to as the "Publisher."
The Terms and Conditions are available on the website www.szaldlaplastykow.pl.
§2 Definitions
Gift Card – a prepaid card in physical form entitling its holder to purchase goods in Szał dla Plastyków (Szał dla Plastyków) brick-and-mortar stores and the online store www.szaldlaplastykow.pl. The Card is a physical product sold in brick-and-mortar stores or shipped from the online store.
Gift Voucher – the electronic equivalent of a Gift Card with a specific monetary value, delivered digitally (via email) and enabling purchases in the online store www.szaldlaplastykow.pl and – upon presentation of the voucher code – in the Issuer's brick-and-mortar stores.
Purchaser – the person purchasing the Gift Card or Gift Voucher.
User – the holder of each Gift Card or Gift Voucher.
Balance – the amount of funds available for use with the Card or Gift Voucher.
§3 Purchasing a Gift Card or Voucher
Gift Cards can be purchased in brick-and-mortar stores and online.
Gift Vouchers can be purchased in the Issuer's online store.
Gift Vouchers are delivered electronically to the email address provided by the Purchaser when placing the order.
If a Gift Card is purchased online, delivery will be made using the delivery methods available in the store. Gift Card purchases are not eligible for promotions or free delivery offered by the Issuer, unless the terms and conditions of a specific promotion state otherwise.
In the case of distance purchases, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days, provided the Card or Gift Voucher has not been used.
The Issuer reserves the right to refuse an order or cancel a transaction if there is reasonable suspicion of payment abuse or fraud.
§4 Terms of Use
A Card or Gift Voucher entitles the purchaser to goods offered by the Issuer.
The Gift Card or Voucher cannot be exchanged for cash. You can use the Card or Voucher multiple times until your balance is exhausted. If your balance exceeds your balance, you must pay the difference at the time of purchase. You can check your balance on the website or in brick-and-mortar stores.
The Gift Card can be reloaded (topped up) with additional funds in brick-and-mortar stores or in the Issuer's online store. Gift card top-ups are available in amounts specified by the Issuer.
The Gift Card or Voucher cannot be used to purchase additional Gift Cards or Vouchers. If you return an item purchased using a Gift Card or Voucher, the refund will be made by topping up the Gift Card or Voucher.
§5 Validity Period
The Gift Card or Voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
If you top up a Gift Card, its validity period is counted from the date of the last top-up.
After the expiration date, unused funds are non-refundable.
§6 Loss of a Card or Voucher
A Gift Card is a bearer document.
In the case of a Gift Voucher, the person with the voucher code has access to the funds.
The Issuer is not responsible for the loss of a Gift Card or the disclosure of the voucher code to third parties.
Duplicate Cards or Gift Vouchers are not issued.
§7 Complaints
Complaints may be submitted in writing to the Issuer's registered office address or electronically to the email address provided on the website.
Complaints are reviewed within 14 days.
§8 Final Provisions
In matters not regulated by law, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
The Issuer reserves the right to refuse the redemption of a Card or Gift Voucher in the event of reasonable suspicion of unauthorized use, violation of these Terms and Conditions, or attempted fraud.
These Terms and Conditions come into effect on the date of their publication on the website.
