Terms and Conditions of the "Szał Loyalty Card" Loyalty Program
§1 General Provisions
These Terms and Conditions define the rules for participation in the "Szał Loyalty Card" loyalty program, hereinafter referred to as the "Program." The Program is voluntary and promotional in nature.
The Program is organized by SZAŁ spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, with its registered office in Kraków at ul. Warszawska 1 (31-155 Kraków), entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under KRS number 0001143284, NIP 6762683118, REGON 540388055, hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer."
The Program is intended for customers who make purchases in physical stores operated by the Organizer under the "Szał dla Plastyków" brand.
The Program involves collecting points for purchases and granting a discount depending on the number of points accumulated.
The Terms and Conditions are available on the website www.szaldlaplastykow.pl and in the Organizer's physical stores.
For marketing activities, including newsletter distribution, participant data may also be processed by Szał dla Plastyków sp. z o.o. as joint controllers of personal data. The joint controllers jointly determine the purposes and methods of data processing, in particular for the implementation of the Program and marketing activities (newsletter). Detailed rules for data processing are set out in the privacy policy.
§2 Program Participation Conditions
Any individual who makes purchases at the Organizer's physical stores may become a Program Participant.
The condition for joining the Program is:
providing an email address, first name and last name when registering the Loyalty Card,
agreeing to receive commercial information by electronic means (newsletter) from Szał dla Plastyków and confirming the subscription by clicking the activation link sent to the provided email address (double opt-in procedure).
Consent to receive the newsletter is voluntary; however, it is required to participate in the Program.
After meeting the above conditions, the participant joins the loyalty program and may begin collecting points.
Participation in the Program is free of charge.
§3 Points Accrual Rules
Program Participants receive points for purchases made in the Organizer’s physical stores.
Points are accrued according to the following rule:
1 PLN gross = 1 point
Points are accrued after payment for the purchase. Points may be added to the loyalty card balance with a delay of up to 24 hours.
Points are not accrued for the purchase of gift cards or gift vouchers.
Points are assigned to the participant’s account linked to the Loyalty Card.
In the event of a transaction being cancelled, goods being returned, withdrawal from a contract, or a complaint resulting in a refund, the points accrued for a given transaction may be deducted from the participant’s account. The Organizer reserves the right to appropriately adjust the participant’s discount level.
The Organizer reserves the right to temporarily suspend the accrual of points or discounts due to technical reasons.
§4 Discount Levels
After reaching a certain number of points, the participant receives a discount on purchases:
Number of points – Discount level
1,000 points – 3%
5,000 points – 5%
10,000 points – 7%
The discount applies to subsequent purchases after reaching the given threshold.
The discount is applied automatically upon identification of the Loyalty Card.
Points accumulated in the Program cannot be exchanged for cash or other benefits.
§5 Rules for Using the Discount
The discount is applied at checkout after identifying the Loyalty Card.
The discount cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or sales unless stated otherwise.
The discount does not apply to products already on promotion or sale, nor to gift cards or vouchers.
§6 Nature of the Card
The Loyalty Card is used to identify the participant.
The Loyalty Card is assigned to one individual and may only be used by its holder. Points are not transferable between participants.
The Organizer may verify the identity of the participant.
The Card is issued in physical form.
If the card is lost or damaged, a duplicate may be issued for a fee of PLN 15. The previous card is deactivated.
§7 Withdrawal from the Program
The participant may withdraw at any time.
Unsubscribing from the newsletter results in loss of access to the Program.

Complaints may be submitted in writing or via email: [email protected]
Complaints are reviewed within 14 days.
§9 Final Provisions
Polish law applies.
The Organizer may amend the Terms and Conditions.
Changes do not affect acquired rights.
The Organizer may terminate the Program and inform participants in advance.
Participants may be excluded in case of abuse.
The Terms and Conditions come into effect upon publication.
